About Bristol Ridge and Bristol Valley
 
Bristol Ridge and Bristol Valley are located in the popular Lenexa and Shawnee communities just west of I-435 and 83rd and Deer Run and 80th and Woodland respectively. The developments offer impressive styles with a selection of the most distinguished builders from the Kansas City area.
 
About our Community
 
Bristol Ridge contains 187 and Bristol Valley 54 sites for a total of 241 homes. Space is plentiful in our HOA with 12 acres of common ground. 
 
A one mile asphalt walking trail around the Bristol Ridge community was resurfaced in June, 2020.
 
Bristol Ridge and Bristol Valley sit on bluffs overlooking scenic valleys and rolling hills where both existing homes and available home sites offer majestic views of a serene 1,200 acres of untouched natural reserve in Shawnee Mission Park.

Waste Management is our service provider for both refuse and recycling pickup. Waste is picked up weekly and recycling biweekly. The trash and recycling schedule is updated weekly under "HOA News."
 
Property Improvements
 
All property improvements including outdoor modifications/additions to the home's structure and/or appearance including decking, painting, roofing and fencing must be approved by the Architectural Committee before the project begins. Please complete the ARC form and allow at least ten working days for approval. Homes that are being repainted with the same color scheme do not need approval from the ARC. Homeowners are encouraged to apply for a City of Lenexa or Shawnee Building Permit where applicable. Please refer to the Amended and Restricted Declaration of Restrictions with questions or contact Leah Motley.
