Waste Management is our service provider for both refuse and recycling pickup. Waste is picked up weekly and recycling biweekly. The trash and recycling schedule is updated weekly under "HOA News."

 

 

All property improvements including outdoor modifications/additions to the home's structure and/or appearance including decking, painting, roofing and fencing must be approved by the Architectural Committee before the project begins. Please complete the ARC form and allow at least ten working days for approval. Homes that are being repainted with the same color scheme do not need approval from the ARC. Homeowners are encouraged to apply for a City of Lenexa or Shawnee Building Permit where applicable.
