Welcome to the Bristol Ridge and Bristol Valley Homeowner's Association Website. This website is intended to provide current and new residents, along with families interested in joining our community, news and information regarding upcoming events in addition to being a resource for our HOA's Declaration of Deed Restrictions and forms needed for home and property improvements.
 
If you are a resident of Bristol Ridge or Bristol Valley and a first time visitor to our website, you will need to register to access our restricted areas. Please look for the "Register" link in the upper right corner of the Home page. You will receive an email confirmation once your registration has been processed.

HOA Board Meeting

The meeting of the Board of Directors for the Bristol Ridge and Bristol Valley Homes will be held on Tuesday, July 30th beginning at 6:30 p.m.
 
Location of meeting: Clubhouse at 21315 West 82nd St.
 
All residents are invited to attend this meeting.
 
Waste Management Pickup Week

Waste Management pickup of household waste in Bristol Ridge and Bristol Valley 
 
Recyclables are picked up every-other-week. Pickup occurs on Fridays except during a week with a Federal holiday which include New Year's Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day. Waste and/or recycling is then picked up on a Saturday. 
 
Please have all containers curbside by 6 a.m. on the day of the pickup.

City of Lenexa Pilot Tax Rebate Program

Lenexa City Budget Open House

This is a great opportunity for Lenexa residents to ask questions and talk with the staff who prepared the City’s annual budget. Stop by Lenexa City Hall any time during the event to explore a series of stations about the 2025 Recommended Budget and get expert answers to your more in-depth questions.
 
The Lenexa City Council will consider approving the 2025 Recommended Budget on Aug. 20, 2024.

Family Night at the Lenexa Public Market
Wednesday, January 10th to Wednesday, December 11th
 
A place to eat, have conversation and let the kids be kids. While the Lenexa Public Market is a family-friendly location every day of the week, Wednesdays are Family Night from 5 to 8 p.m. Best part? It's free, no tickets or registration required (except for special events). 
 
Here's what you can expect: 
 
- activities that you can play at your table like coloring pages and classic board games including Connect4, checkers, tic-tac-toe and Jenga® 

- Outdoor yard games such as sidewalk chalk and cornhole (summer and fall)

- Balloon artist who can create twisted balloon decorations of favorite characters and animals

- Dinner specials from select merchants 

- Rotating activities like donut and cupcake decorating that may require pre-registration and purchase of tickets (view Public Market calendar for special Family Night events)
 
We have partnered with the Johnson County Library on campus to have Storytime on the second Wednesday each month at the Public Market from 6 to 6:45 p.m. during Family Night. Hearing stories is a great way to spend time with your kids and help them foster a love of reading. Storytime may feature stories, songs, fingerplays and movement activities.
 
Food specials for Family Night:
 
- Get a free 6" kid's pizza with the purchase of at least a small pizza from Topp'd Pizza + Salads. 

- The pickiest of eaters can get a Kid Burger: a single burger: meat, cheese and bun from Cosmo Burger.

- Buy a Butter Chicken entrée from Sohaila's Kitchen and get a free mango lassi drink.
 
 
 
Friday Night Sound Bytes
Friday, April 26th to Friday, October 25th, 7 p.m to 10 p.m. at Lenexa Public Market
 
Starting April 26, the Lenexa Public Market’s Friday Night Sound Bites series is coming back for the outdoor season! Grab a friend, get some grub and groove into the weekend. Join us for free, live music and flavorful food options from our merchants and rotating food trucks every Friday night (April 26-October 25) from 7 to 10 p.m. on the Lower Commons.
 
Patio seating is available, but we encourage BYOC—bring your own chair.
 
Outside alcohol is not allowed. You may purchase alcoholic beverages from Public Market merchants.
 
No tickets necessary. Come and go or stay until close. Grab a friend, get some grub and groove into the weekend.
