IMPORTANT: The Spring weather brings with it children playing outdoors. Keep in mind that to help keep them safe the maximum speed limit on all our subdivisions streets is 25 miles per hour.
Save the Dates:
- The HOA annual Garage Sale was held on Friday and Saturday, May 3th& 4th.
- The Annual HOA sponsored event will be Saturday, July 13th from 5 to 8 PM at the Clubhouse/Pool. Stay tuned for more details.
- The Bristol Ridge and Bristol Valley Annual Homes Association meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, November 6, 2019 at 6:30 PM at the Clubhouse.
Last year, as you know, the Board of Directors decided to turn over the management of the HOA to an HOA manager and selected FirstService Residential. Rikki Delpercio is our representative. If you have any HOA management questions you can reach her at 816-414-5300 or Rikki.Delpercio@.fsresidential.com
Springtime also is a time to renew and/or freshen up the exterior of our homes. Our homes are the gateway to our community, and home appearance helps all of us assure that integrity, property values, and community environment is maintained.
If you are planning on painting your house, adding a fence, replacing your roof, major landscaping or other exterior changes/additions, refer to Declarations of Restrictions dated October 7, 2004, Sections 3, 5, and 8 to determine if you need to complete an Architectural Change Request Form. You can obtain a copy of the restrictions or Architectural Change Request Form under the "Documents" menu on the Home Page of BRBVHOA.com.
Common area maintenance is the highest expense item we have. To help assure we are receiving the best price and value for the work the HOA Manager sent out an RFP for 2019 common area maintenance. Several companies presented bids and are current under review by the HOA Board of Directors.
