Look for the email dated June 19th from Pamela Levetzow, Connect Coordinator for First Service Residential in your email. First Service is Bristol Ridge and Bristol Valley's new management company which will be overseeing the day-to-day operations of our community. A volunteer Board remains in place and is responsible for reviewing all proposals and making the final decisions which are then implemented by First Service.
The email from Pamela provides the link that you will need to register for the First Service Residential Portal. If you are not able to find this email you can request a followup email from Pamela at or by contacting your Residential Manager, Rikki Delpercio, at Please include your name and address in your request.

The new First Service website will be your new source for community news and information, a direct link to contact your Community Property Manager, manage your HOA Dues, access the Community Calendar and the Community Directory. will continue to be maintained and current with community news and events for the foreseeable future.
