Posted on May 19th, 2020

The Bristol Ridge and Bristol Valley Homes Association Board of Directors voted to open the pool on June 8 (revised from original pool opening of June 1) Public pool revision made by Governor Laura Kelly's office on May 19.

Because of the COVID-19 pandemic, new pool rules will be in effect. In addition, security cameras and a key fob system will be used to monitor the pool and clubhouse and to control who can enter the facility.

Key fobs and a letter explaining the new pool rules will be mailed to all residents prior to June 8. Residents must be current on their HOA Dues to receive a key fob. Additional key fobs are $25.00 each.

Signs detailing the new rules are in place and explaining social distancing requirements. All pool furniture has been removed for the season. Residents will need to bring their own chairs and lounges.

The Board will monitor the COVID-19 pandemic virus spread throughout the season and will follow the guidelines and recommendations of the CDC and the Johnson County Health Department.
