Self-Service Storage Units Coming to 87th and I-435

One of the last pieces of the bustling Lenexa Point retail center off I-435 and West 87th Street Parkway is moving ahead.
Last week, the Lenexa Planning Commission unanimously approved a final plan for a proposed large self-storage center at 8630 Maurer Road.
This will leave one final one-acre parcel to be developed along I-435 in the northwest corner of the retail center, according to marketing materials from Copaken-Brooks.
