Contracting with an HOA Manager
If you have been following the Board minutes and/or reviewed the Annual HOA meeting materials you know that the Board has contracted with FirstService Residential (FSR) to manage the activities of our HOA. Although, they will officially begin January 1, 2019, we are already working with them on the transition process. Brian Robinson, no relation to Jeff Robinson, will be communicating with you on more details later this month.
2019 HOA Dues
We are working with FSR to provide the ability to pay your 2019 HOA dues by online options. Once this process is completed, we will be emailing out the 2019 HOA dues statements. The HOA dues for 2019 are $900.00 as reported in the Board minutes and the Annual HOA meeting materials.
There are six members of the current Board who are leaving the Board at the end of this year. All served on the Advisory Committee and then the Board of Directors. For the last three and one-half years they played an invaluable role transitioning our HOA from the developer to the homeowners. I personally want to thank them for their commitment and support that they, as volunteers, gave to the HOA. They are Alan Thompson – Vice President, Rob Langhart – Treasurer, Rob Johnson – Secretary, Website and Pool Committee chair, Julena Douglas-Robinson – Social Committee Chair, and Rick Myers – Grounds Committee Chair. I will be leaving the Board at the end of the year as well.
