Dear Residents,
In these unprecedented times, it’s more important than ever that we come together as a community working together to stop the spread of the coronavirus (COVID-19)
First, report any confirmed case of COVID-19
In the unfortunate event that you or a member of your household tests positive for COVID-19, in addition to following the instructions of your medical professional, please report your confirmed case immediately to Christine Lentz, President, FirstService Residential Missouri/Kansas at 816-918-7836; Magen Gicinto, Director of HR, FirstService Residential Missouri/Kansas at 816-602-2088; or send an email to 

It is the intent of FirstService Residential to promptly send a notification to every owner, if we have a confirmed case reported.  In fact, the letter has already been drafted and approved by your Board to send, if necessary. 
As always, FirstService Residential will maintain the resident’s confidentiality requirements and abide by privacy laws with regard to the identity of any ill resident. FirstService will interview the resident to be able to effectively implement a sanitization plan for our community. 
Second, please be vigilant in your adherence to the Centers for Disease Control’s (“CDC”) guidelines for personal hygiene and social distancing: 
To minimize the potential spread of the highly contagious coronavirus (COVID-19), we cannot emphasize enough the importance of following the CDC Guidelines for hygiene and social distancing. Social distancing recommendations include avoiding large crowds and maintaining a distance of six feet between yourself and others. Additionally, you are encouraged to: 
•           Avoid close contact with people who are sick
•           Avoid touching your eyes, nose or mouth
•           Stay home when you are sick
•           Cover your cough or sneeze with a tissue, then throw your tissue in the trash
•           Clean and disinfect frequently touched objects and surfaces using a regular household cleaning spray or wipe
•           Wash your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds; use sanitizer (at least 60% alcohol) when soap is not available
