HOA Pool Update
Posted on May 28th, 2019 Comments (0)
Pool season has begun and unfortunately we've already had some incidents which require a reminder about pool rules. On two (2) separate nights over Memorial Day weekend, the ladders and bumpers were taken off the pool and thrown into the pool or around the pool area. Also, rocks were thrown in the pool. Events like this can cause the pool to be closed if the pool service company cannot address them immediately.  Throwing rocks in the pool can damage filters and skimmers or other pool patrons.
These events also cost the community extra money because the pool service takes longer than contracted.

Please take a minute to review the attached pool rules, especially the rules regarding children under 14 years of age requiring adult supervision and vandals being prosecuted. Anyone in the pool area after closing is trespassing and in violation of HOA policy.

Be courteous and respect the Community's pool.
Come See Our Refurbished Clubhouse!

Please plan to drop by the Bristol Ridge and Bristol Valley Clubhouse at 21315 West 82nd Street to view the recent improvements. In addition to a new roof being installed last year, we have had the interior and exterior repainted. Remember that the clubhouse is available as a party rental for upcoming birthday and family celebrations. All of the information is available under Clubhouse Rental on the Home Page.
Bristol Ridge and Bristol Valley Pool Rules
Posted on May 15th, 2019 Comments (0)
The Bristol Ridge and Valley (BRBV) pool opened on Saturday, May 25th. Please review this document for the complete set of rules for pool use.
To help assure all pool users have a safe and pleasant experience it is important we all adhere to the pool rules.
Keep in mind the pool is utilized by residents of all ages, but especially young children. It is our responsibility to respect each other and to help assure that the experience is both safe and pleasant. No illegal, noxious or offensive behavior and/or loud music is acceptable.
It is a Johnson County Health and Environment regulation that no food or drink be consumed within 4 feet of the pool edge. They periodically stop by the pool unannounced and they will close the pool if this regulation is being violated. If you bring food and/or refreshments into the pool area it is your responsibility to make sure that all of your trash is picked up and deposited in one of the pool deck trash containers.
The bathroom trash containers should not be used to discard food, dirty diapers or other non-paper trash. The Deffenbaugh containers or the containers on the pool deck should be utilized for those purposes.
The pool is for the exclusive use of the BRBV residents and their guests. It is our responsibility to assure that unwanted guests are not using the pool. The pool area requires a code to enter. The new code can be found under Documents, Pool Communications. Under no circumstances should the gate be left open.
The pool will be patrolled after hours and any violators may be prosecuted.
Let’s all do what we can do to make this summer’s experience at the pool one of the best.

-  All persons using the swimming pool shall shower
before entering.
